Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. In times of limited runs or drops, this processing time may be increased. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

VAT

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FEMTEK PTY LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Femtek is unable to list the export of these devices as a gift or sample, even if someone has purchased it for you as a gift.

 

The below list is non conclusive and subject to change at any time by the listed country. These rates are outside of Femtek’s control, and the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Should you choose not to pay the VAT tax upon arrival to your country, the device will be returned to us and you will be refunded minus the return shipping cost Femtek will incur.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@femtek.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Once an order has been dispatched we do not accept returns based on a change of mind. Prior to dispatch, if your order is not a pre-order or made to order, we are happy to provide a refund. If your order is a pre-order or made to order, we cannot accept any requests for refunds. If your device falls under a manufacturers warranty exchange, we will happily provide an exchange for you.

Manufacturer exchanges are required to be sent to us via tracked postage, and Femtek is not responsible for lost mail where a courier and tracking is not utilised, and will not provide an exchange in these instances.
Once your device arrives back at Femtek HQ, we will inspect the device, ensure it there is no deliberate tampering, and provide a replacement.

If you have purchased the wrong size and it is not a pre-order or made to order, we are happy to exchange the device for a smaller or larger size for domestic orders only. You will be responsible for tracked shipping to Femtek HQ, and Femtek is not responsible for lost parcels should you choose not to use tracked postage.

For our international orders we are unable to exchange devices for smaller or larger sizes, due to the associated shipping costs with international couriers. We absorb a large portion of all shipping costs, and unfortunately we cannot absorb the costs of return postage as well as resending your device. We encourage you to use our sizing app, rings you already have that you know the size of, and jewellers which will happily size your finger if you stop in.

Manufacturer’s warranty and damage in transit

Our manufacturer offers a limited manufacturer warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@femtek.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
